Rolling Hills Land Corporation is a Canadian Company owned by Ryan D. Sutcliffe who has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has been able to coordinate this experience in the development of sub-divisions, road building, golf courses, ponds, pit rehabilitations, sports fields in addition to an extensive background in farming.
Our staff is comprised of people who are highly skilled and trained individuals who work together under Ryan’s proficient direction to integrate the inherent uniqueness of a parcel of land to perform near magical transformations to undeveloped or reconstructed land.
Agriculturally, our team creates a harmony in the soils by naturally mixing and leveling the different elements of the finest materials available. Through an associated company we have developed a layering technique that allows us to work with nature to supply the natural needs of various grasses and soils, using the natural contours of the land to enhance drainage and irrigation thereby ensuring lasting results.
Through many years of development we have found that drainage can and should be an integral part of the irrigation plan thus requiring less irrigation and fertilization. This fact has enabled us to work in widely varying moisture environments, from heavy moisture to areas with very little or light moisture.
When adding a pond to a property, the location is always based on such important factorssuch as the existing local water table as well as the existing contours of the land. By 
positioning it correctly, surface drainage into thepond will be eliminated which reduces the threat of insects as well as keeping the pH levels at optimum levels for a clear pond, and reducing erosion along the banks. We believe the aesthetics of a pond should be natural and conform to the surrounding contours to blend with nature thus avoiding the “add on” look.
Our goal in choosing to work with the natural landscape of rural properties is to enhance the land’s characteristics and provide an exquisite backdrop for someone to make their dreams of country living a reality.
